Community Service
Community Service is an interconnected, walkable mixed-use community in Buffalo Gap, Texas. Single-family housing units to the north are paired with a large food hall and outdoor recreational center to the south. This program creates housing for the expected population growth while engaging the economy by incentivizing tourism.
The large outdoor space and stage serves as a venue for events, while the indoor-outdoor food hall promotes local businesses. The recreational space serves as both an outdoor area for families as well as a buffer between the public food hall and the private housing unit community.
